Assistant Director of Admissions for Latin America
Elon University is seeking an Assistant Director of Admissions for Latin America. The position is responsible for assisting the Assistant Dean and Director of International Admissions with recruitment goals and objectives in Latin America. Recruitment will include extensive travel to Latin American countries where Elon has been successful in attracting qualified students as well as developing new areas for recruitment in Central and South America. In addition to these specific duties within international admissions, this position is responsible for general admissions counselor responsibilities including application review and decision making, daily campus visits and weekend events, and general office responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree required with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with public speaking, networking, and counseling. Spanish language proficiency preferred.
