Enrollment: As UB School of Management Enrollment Marketing Manager, you will help create and execute a comprehensive and targeted marketing plan to support the graduate programs enrollment process from lead generation through student enrollment. Focus is on the recruitment of new students using a full range of traditional and new media, including but not limited to electronic and print advertising, event marketing, website content management, integrated SEO and direct marketing (mail, email, video, Webinars, social media and chat). You will be a critical contributor to extending the reach of the graduate programs with key constituents. The marketing enrollment goal of the graduate programs is to meet annual recruiting, admissions, enrollment and growth targets as well as service the marketing needs of the current student, faculty and administrative populations to support those goals. The successful candidate will be an accomplished marketing professional who has experience in supporting different products and/or brands, both in traditional and new media, with a specific expertise in Social Media. You will team with graduate programs senior leadership for strategy. You will author and own execution of the marketing plan, both for individual programs and also the programs collectively, as well as lead the end-to-end creation and delivery of all marketing materials including print, advertising, collateral and web/digital. The role is based on campus at the University at Buffalo, but alternate work arrangements (telecommuting) are a possibility. Minimum Qualifications: BS/BA plus 3 years' experience in Marketing content development and/or management and/or marketing/agency experience and/or social media/web/digital marketing Preferred Qualifications: MBA/Masters, 5-10 years' experience; Marketing content development and/or management and/or marketing/agency experience and/or social media/web/digital marketing; Marketing and/or Communications; Higher Education Industry experience. Qualified to work with Google Analytics. International experience. Salary: $65,000-$80,000.
