Education: Multiple positions are open. Faculty are responsible for teaching 12 SH/equivalent per semester. Courses may include preschool/kindergarten methods; elementary math or language arts methods; educational foundations; educational psychology; curriculum, planning, and assessment; diversity; and classroom management. Assignments may include undergraduate or graduate level teaching, depending upon the applicant's qualifications. Additional responsibilities include the advisement of teacher education majors at the undergraduate or graduate level, service on campus committees, graduate student project/thesis committees, and collaboration in department work. Faculty in Teacher Education and Human Performance are evaluated on the basis of teaching, scholarship and service.
