Illinois State University's Department of Educational Administration and Foundations invites applications from experienced, highly motivated, culturally competent, and effective PK-12 leaders to join us in an Assistant/Associate Professor tenure-track position as we embark on the implementation of three newly (re)designed graduate programs in PK-12 leadership - the Principalship, the Superintendency, and Teacher Leadership. Required Qualifications: Must have an earned doctorate in Educational Leadership or related discipline; experience as a public school principal and/or superintendent; and a record of, or evidence of potential for, excellence in teaching and scholarship. Associate level must have strong university teaching, scholarship, and service record. Responsibilities: Teach PK-12 Leadership and Administration master's and doctoral students on and off campus. Advise doctoral students. Develop and sustain a scholarly line of inquiry, and provide internal and external service.
