WSU invites you to join our Community of Learners as an Assistant/Associate Professor of Management/Human Resources Management.  This position is a probationary/tenure-track appointment starting August 18, 2014.  As a faculty member, you will responsible for:  1) teaching required and elective management courses such as Organizational Dynamics, Management of Human Resources, International Business, and Strategic Management at the Winona and Rochester campuses; 2) publishing in AACSB accepted academic journals; 3) performing academic advising for College of Business students; and 4) being involved in department, college, and university committees/services.   If you possess a doctorate in the field from an AACSB accredited school (ABD is acceptable provided that the degree will be completed by 8/2014), have teaching experience at the undergraduate level (preferably at an AACSB accredited institution), and have demonstrated ability to publish in AACSB accepted academic journals, we encourage you to apply.
