The University of Texas at Tyler invites applications and nominations for the position of Dean of the College of Business & Technology.

An academic component of The University of Texas System, The University of Texas at Tyler is growing in size and distinction. The campus is located on 206 acres in beautiful pine and hardwood forests of East Texas. UT Tyler is forty years old and offers more than eighty undergraduate and graduate degree programs to more than 7,500 high-ability students. Continuing its strong commitment to academic excellence, the University recently began its doctoral programs and the undergraduate Honors Program. The University offers Ph.D. programs in Human Resource Development and Nursing.

The College of Business and Technology is one of six colleges in the university. The College provides quality education to its students through a strategic mix of face-to-face, hybrid and online channels from the Tyler campus and through remote sites at Longview and Palestine. The College offers an outstanding degree portfolio and innovative courses with an eye toward industry needs and student interests, including 8 majors within 3 undergraduate degrees. UT Tyler graduate programs in business and technology include generalized and specialized master’s degrees, providing students opportunities to develop leadership abilities in an increasingly complex and dynamic business society.
