Minimum qualifications include Master’s degree from an ALA-accredited library school, minimum 5 years professional experience and 2 years in a professional leadership role. A demonstrated record of success in working with students and faculty in a college or university setting, including public services roles, providing instruction and research assistance. A demonstrated record of excellence in communication (oral, written and interpersonal) and professional development (scholarship, publication, service and grants).
