The Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking to fill one tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor in the Finance/Real Estate area starting July 1, 2014. Successful candidates will have strong research skills and be expected to submit papers targeted to top-tier academic journals.  Applicants are anticipated to teach in areas of Finance/Real Estate, such as: Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Economics, or Real Estate Development.


Positions require a Doctorate granted in Finance, or in a closely related field. 


The successful candidate will be both a productive researcher, and a creative and effective teacher capable of contributing to the Schools Undergraduate, MBA, and PhD programs.
