Elon University seeks applicants for a continuing track position in Industrial/Organizational(I/O) Psychology at the assistant professor level beginning mid-August 2014. Ph.D. in I/O Psychology by the time of appointment is required.  Demonstrated excellence in teaching and ability to sustain a research agenda and internships that incorporate undergraduates are essential.  Specialization in personnel psychology is preferred.  Teaching responsibilities include I/O psychology, psychology of leadership, and special topics relating to area of expertise. The successful candidate will also be able and willing to teach introduction to psychology, research methods, and courses in Elon’s interdisciplinary general studies program.  Elon is a dynamic private, co-educational, comprehensive institution that is a national model for actively engaging faculty and students in teaching and learning.
