We are recruiting outstanding candidates with research expertise in the areas of health/behavioral health, cultural diversity and culturally responsive practice or poverty and economic disparity. Preference is for candidates whose research and teaching demonstrate knowledge about issues and concerns of urban, poor or vulnerable populations.


Candidates must have a doctorate in social work, social welfare or a related discipline and an MSW. A record of research, scholarship, teaching and service that is consistent with appointment at the rank of Associate or Full Professor with tenure is required. The position also requires administrative experience, leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively.
