MULTICULTURAL EDUCATION COORDINATOR- Responsible for coordinating and assessing workshops and programs related to multicultural education for the University and the St. Joseph community. This position serves as a resource, advocate and mentor for students of color; also serving as an advisor to other multicultural organizations. This position also hires, trains and supervises student program assistants, develops and manages budgets, serves on campus committees, and collaborates with various campus constituencies to facilitate diverse educational programs. REQUIRED: Bachelors degree plus 2 years of experience in multicultural programming; Masters degree in higher education, student affairs in higher education or related field preferred; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Employment is contingent upon proof of the legal right to work in the U.S.
