Job Descriptions/Responsibilities:

This position will report to the Assistant Director at the Dundalk Campus. This position will be a dual position to counsel all new and returning students with all aspects of the VA education benefit program, admissions and enrollment process, as well as assisting students in all aspects of the financial aid process. The candidate will be required to assist at various outreach events for both financial aid and Veterans.  

 

Requirements:

Associates degree and five years related experience with VA and Financial aid. Administer and coordinate VA education benefits program at the CCBC Dundalk Campus in compliance with all federal and state policies and regulations governed by the Department of Veterans Affairs; Including compliance of the federal and state audits. Sound knowledge of the financial aid process as it pertains to compliance and adherence to federal regulations. Ability to supervise and coordinate temp hourly and VA work study employees.
