ASSISTANT OR ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR- BUSINESS LAW- The Craig School of Business at Missouri Western State University invites applications for a full-time tenure track position in our AACSB Accredited business program beginning August 2014. This position will require teaching in at least one other academic area. Therefore, minimum qualifications require that the individual is qualified to teach business law plus any one of the following disciplines: Taxation; Accounting; Human Resource Management; Ethics and Social Responsibility; or Statistics. The selected individual will be expected to maintain qualifications to teach in an AACSB accredited program. The selected candidate may be required to teach using alternative delivery methods. Support is available to help develop such courses. REQUIRED: J.D. or L.L.M. with a Ph.D. evidence of effective college-level teaching experience; ability to teach one of the other identified areas; a collegial attitude; a commitment to experiential or applied learning; a willingness to work with first-generation college students. PREFERRED: Evidence of a plan for future research to maintain qualifications; Masters degree in a business related-field.
