The Anatomy and Physiology Instructor teaches and assesses student-learning outcomes in Anatomy and Physiology and General Biology II courses in addition to developing and promoting Anatomy and Physiology and General Biology II curriculum designed both as transfer courses to four-year colleges/universities, and applied degree programs. In collaboration with colleagues, be responsible for ongoing curriculum evaluation and improvement within the context of IVCCs general education philosophy. This position is full-time on a nine-month schedule and tenure track.
Requirements include Masters degree in Biology or closely related area with graduate coursework in Anatomy and Physiology and related courses from an accredited college/university. Teaching experience at the college level in anatomy and Physiology is preferred.
