Job Summary

The Football Operations Analyst will serve a primary role in the behind the scenes planning and implementation in regard to moving the Georgia Southern football program in an organized and sustainable fashion. This role will work directly with the Director of Football Operations to assist and aid the coaching staff in all facets of the program.

This is a part-time 19 hour per week position.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the football program as directed by the Director of Football Operations
  • Assist in recruiting operations of the football program as directed by the Director of Player Personnel
  • Assist in Team database management and organization
  • Assist in coordinating, planning, and implementing all team travel
  • Assist in the collection and organization of all vendors at home and on the road for meals
  • Responsible for the creation travel documents, calendars, and schedules
  • Assist with all Summer Camps and Special Events within the football program
  • Ability to stay up to date with operational relevant details such as travel restrictions and ID requirements


Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience
  • One (1) or more years of related experience


Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications
  • Master's Degree

Preferred Experience
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office & Teamworks


Proposed Salary

$27.50 - $29.00 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
