Marketing/Public Relations: Creative Director. The Position: Furman University seeks an experienced Creative Director dedicated to originality and excellence in visual design across the range of print and digital platforms. The successful candidate will have a critical aesthetic sense and a proven record of success in managing visual and graphic identity, including the development and enforcement of standards that uphold brand identity, consistency and unity. The Creative Director is part of the leadership team in the Division of Marketing and Public Relations, reporting to the Vice President for Marketing and Public Relations, supervising a staff of three designers and a production assistant, and working in close collaboration with colleagues in the Division and a broad range of campus constituencies to advance overarching institutional goals. The capacity to lead and supervise relationships with vendors and freelance talent is also required.
