Department: Marketing and International Business

Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Professor in the Marketing and International Business Department. This position is for the 2020-2021 academic year and is tenure-track.

The candidate would be expected to: teach 9 credits per semester at undergraduate and/or graduate levels (12 credits with a 3 credit course load reduction for scholarship); perform University service; maintain disciplinary currency; and advise students.

The Leon Hess Business School is AACSB accredited, and houses approximately 1,500 students instructed by 40 faculty members from the Departments of Accounting, Economics, Finance, and Real Estate, Management and Leadership, and Marketing and International Business.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Doctoral degree, ABD candidates may be considered with degree completion expected by date of employment

Required Skills or Software:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Required Years of Experience:

Other Requirements:
A Ph.D or DBA in Marketing or a related field from an AACSB-accredited school.


Preferred Qualifications:
A good track record of publications in academic marketing journals, academic business publications, and relevant work experiences.
