English. Cottey College, a small liberal arts and sciences
college for women, invites applications for a full-time,
tenure-track assistant professor in composition and rhetoric,
starting August 2019. Teaching load typically includes four courses
each semester, including first-year writing courses; each
composition class is typically capped at 15. The successful
candidate will have demonstrated excellence in college teaching and
a Ph.D. in Composition and Rhetoric (ABD with firm defense date
considered). We are looking for individuals who can lead and teach
in our first-year writing program. Ability to contribute to our
writing minor and teach creative writing courses preferred. Rank
and salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Review
