Responsibilities: Provides direct supervision, overall operation, leadership development, training and evaluation for Student Health & Wellness Services (i.e.: Director of Accessibility Services and Director of Counseling Services, while serving as the liaison for contracted Health Services Staff); Residence Life & Housing (i.e.: Manager of Residence Life Custodial and Maintenance Services, and three Assistant Directors of Residence Life); and Director of Public Safety; plans, leads, and/or facilitates training for residence life staff regarding awareness and preparedness to respond to student issues of concern; assists with the New Student Orientation program regarding residence life; assists with after-hour emergencies as needed; as an Ex-Officio member of the Title IX Equity Resolution Panel (ERP) serves as Administrative Hearing Officer regarding resolution panel hearings involving student responding parties; reviews reports of student misconduct that require educational disciplinary action and follows up with appropriate individuals; serves on Institute Committees and Commissions as assigned and represents the Office of Student Affairs in the absence of the Vice President/Dean of Students; displays a comprehensive knowledge of residence life programs applying best practices as appropriate; represents the Office of Student Affairs during special/notable events, occasionally with little prior notice and/or outside regular business hours; works in conjunction with the Vice President for Student Affairs to identify and prioritize capital projects, summer projects, and other residence hall needs; maintains records according to requirements and needs of the Office of Student Affairs and the Institute; works with the Vice President for Student Affairs to develop and monitor the budget for assigned campus student services.

Ability to live on-campus, if desired, with apartment and meal board plan provided.

Qualifications: Master's degree in student affairs and higher education, educational leadership or related field of study with eight to ten years of progressive student affairs experience required; proven ability to prioritize work appropriately and adapt easily to changing priorities, as well as work independently on multiple tasks and deal effectively with conflicting priorities required; superior critical thinking, excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills required; valid drivers' license required with acceptable MVR (motor vehicle report).
