Duties: Assist Faculty Affairs Manager with the administrative management and development of Departmental activities related to the faculty affairs process. This person will be a resource for faculty development, retention and recruitment activities, including appointments, promotions, reappointments, terminations. This position will assist with Department COAP meetings, including preparing agenda and all documents required for meeting. This position will also work with other coordinator to manage faculty admin appointments, academic support staff appointments and clinical faculty appts.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience are required. Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices, preferable in an academic setting; excellent verbal, writing skills, and interpersonal communication skills a must. Must be exceptionally organized and detail oriented.
