The Department of Supply Chain Management in the W. P. Carey School of Business at ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY (Tempe) invites applications for multiple lecturer and clinical assistant professor non-tenure track positions in the areas of operations, supply management or logistics starting Fall 2018.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The candidate must contribute to the Department of Supply Chain Management’s mission primarily in the areas of teaching, curriculum development, and service. The candidate must be able to deliver excellent instruction and to contribute to curriculum development at the undergraduate and master’s levels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

For the Lecturer position:

• Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or business administration or related field; demonstrated excellence in teaching at the university level, and/or relevant comprehensive industry experience.

For the Clinical Assistant Professor position:

• A doctorate in business administration or a closely related field; AACSB faculty accreditation status based on AACSB criteria as interpreted for the W. P. Carey mission.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

For the Lecturer position:

• Potential for demonstrated excellence in teaching and curriculum development

• Teaching experience at an AACSB accredited program and/or relevant industry experience

• Potential or demonstrated engagement with the supply chain management profession

For the Clinical Assistant Professor position:

• Potential for or demonstrated excellence in teaching and curriculum development

• Potential for or demonstrated ability to integrate supply chain management related research into the curriculum;

• A doctorate in business administration or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited business school;

• A recent record of research disseminations in peer reviewed outlets.
