The New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance Foundation (NHHEAF) Network Organizations seek an exceptional and experienced leader to serve as the fifth president and CEO in their 56-year history of supporting student access to higher education.  The networks enable student and parent borrowers to engage seamlessly with a single organization for debt counseling, borrowing options, loan application, disbursement and servicing. The four organizations which comprise the network are the New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance Foundation (NHHEAF), a student loan guarantee agency which oversees $555M in FFELP loan guarantees; the New Hampshire Higher Education Loan Corporation (NHHELCO); Granite State Management & Resources (GSM&R), a federal and private student loan servicing and administration company. GSM&R services a portfolio of student loans totaling $8.9 billion, including $8.3 billion of Federal Direct Loans, $377million of FFELP loans and $295 million of private loans; and Granite Business Solutions (GBS), the only for-profit organization, which provides a comprehensive suite of customized business solutions by leveraging the staff and expertise of the organizations.

The President and CEO provides leadership to the organizations, working with the three boards of trustees to set objectives and strategy and assure operational quality and sustainability. The president and CEO is the chief advocate for the NHHEAF Network Organizations with a wide variety of key external constituencies, including the US Congress, the state’s congressional delegation, the New Hampshire legislature, New Hampshire’s governor and staff, among many others.  The leadership profile may be found at haleyassociates.net.
