Research & Instruction librarian positions

The University of Wyoming Libraries seeks applicants for three new positions in our Research & Instruction department.

 Instructional Design Librarian Serves as the Libraries’ key resource on how to apply instructional design principles and information literacy concepts to designing innovative library instruction, both in the learning management system and in face-to-face classes. Creates information literacy assignments, activities, and interactive tutorials to support student learning and knowledge creation.

 Learning & Engagement Librarian Serves as the Libraries’ primary contact for information literacy instruction and outreach during the first year experience. Works collaboratively with other librarians and with teaching faculty to develop services and strategies to actively engage with students.

 Student Success Librarian Serves as the key contributor to advancing the Libraries’ goal of creating spaces and services that promote innovation, collaboration and engagement for students. Cultivates and sustains collaborative relationships with students and teaching faculty; develops workshops, orientation and outreach activities; and leads efforts to assess the impact of Libraries’ instructional programs and learning spaces.
