Job Responsibilities:
Duties include accompanying faculty, guest artists, and student instrumental and vocal majors in the following activities within the UTM Department of Music: individual recitals, auditions, lessons, studio classes, honors recital hour performances, recital hearings, and juries. Ensemble responsibilities may include, but are not limited to accompanying major and independent ensembles, opera and musical theatre, as well as additional assignments according to individual expertise. Additional collaborative projects may be requested and other related tasks may be assigned by the department chair.
Required Educational Qualifications and Work Experience:
Master of Music degree in collaborative piano, accompanying, or piano performance required – with a minimum of two years of accompanying experience at the college/university level. DMA or ABD in collaborative piano, accompanying, or piano performance preferred.

August 1, 2018
