Oklahoma State University invites applications for the position of Assistant Vice President for Research Compliance. OSU is a comprehensive land-grant institution that is nationally known for its teaching, research, and outreach programs. Responsibilities:
The incumbent manages the Office of University Research Compliance (URC), overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures pertaining to the welfare of animals, human subjects, the environment, the community, and the university. He/She works with the Vice President for Research (VPR) to plan, develop, implement, modify, monitor, and maintain a comprehensive research compliance operation. The incumbent is responsible for working to ensure compliance with federal regulations, state statutes, and university policy, as well as establishing comprehensive training programs for each compliance area falling within URC's purview.

Professional Qualifications:
Ph.D., Ed.D. or J.D degree is required. The ideal candidate must have at least three years of experience with research compliance, and prior managerial experience, with direct supervisory experience. Salary: Commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
