Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity, the ability to work with a wide array of interpersonal and communication styles, and the ability to offer options to address problems by developing practical solutions that combine legal considerations with institutional programmatic and policy objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:  Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school, licensed and in good standing to practice law in Arizona, or admissible at the earliest opportunity, and no later than one year from the position start date. 5 years’ experience practicing law in a sophisticated environment such as a large law firm, government agency, university, or corporation, with increasingly progressive responsibilities. Experience providing legal guidance in the context of complex organizations. High ethical standards, with a strong commitment to legal ethics exhibited in knowledge and practice, and professional responsibility, exceptional communication, analytical, writing, research, and interpersonal skills.
