UNITED STATES AIR FORCE ACADEMY. Assistant Professor of Chemistry (#17-46DFC). The Department of Chemistry anticipates filling an Assistant Professor of Chemistry position beginning June 25, 2018. The initial appointment will be for three years. Successive reappointments of up to four years in length are possible. Respon- sibilities include teaching and developing general and upper level chemistry courses at the undergraduate level, establishing a research program involving undergraduate students, and service in support of the Department and Academy. A Ph.D. in Chemistry with emphasis in materials chemistry is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated excellence and innovation in undergraduate teaching to include supervision of undergraduate researchers. To Apply: Go to www.usajobs.gov.
