If all those sound like you, then please consider working with the library instruction team at William & Mary Libraries for the next ten months as a Visiting Instruction Librarian.
William & Mary Libraries has three immediate openings for creative, collaborative, and proactive librarians to serve as Visiting Instruction Librarians. These positions are time-limited (contracts begin 9/1/17 and will end 6/30/18), full-time, and benefits eligible with an annual salary of $48,000. The Visiting Instruction Librarians will focus primarily on instruction and research assistance for students in their two required first-year courses (COLL 100 & COLL 150), including delivering classroom instruction, performing research consultations, developing research guides and tutorials, and assisting with assessment. The Visiting Instruction Librarians will work under the supervision of the Coordinator of Library Instruction and Assessment.
