The University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine in Ohio is
offering a full-time Emergency Radiology faculty
position in the Department of Radiology.
The selected candidate will be competent to cover a broad range of
radiology specialties including Neuro MRI. He/she will staff all
radiographic and cross-sectional imaging at the University of
Cincinnati Medical Center and potentially at other affiliated
imaging centers. No interventional radiology work will be required.
The candidate will join a group of two other nighttime radiologists
and each will work one 7-day week followed by two 7-day weeks off.
Work hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. The hospital supports PACS and
voice recognition dictation. Responsibilities include teaching and
supervision of residents, medical students and fellows.
Job Duties: Responsibilities include staffing the University of Cincinnati Medical Center (UCMC), West Chester Hospital and other UC Health facilities. Responsibilities will also include teaching and supervision of residents, medical students and fellows.
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must be ABR/AOBR certified or eligible and eligible for an Ohio and Kentucky medical license. Rank and Track will be commensurate with experience and credentials of candidate.
