Provost

The University of Medicine and Health Sciences, a modern state of the art medical school, is seeking a Provost to oversee and coordinate the academic programs located on beautiful Caribbean Island of St. Kitts as well as the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

The candidate must possess the MD degree from a US, Canadian, or UK school of medicine and have significant experience as a senior administrator and chief academic advisor at a medical school, preferably in the United States, Canada or the UK. The Provost will be responsible for the academic program, including development of curriculum; supervision of all academic and student affairs; development of relationships with governmental officials; recruitment of faculty, and liaison with hospitals and members of the medical community. Should have experience in obtaining U.S. accreditation.

The University offers a salary commensurate with experience.
