Job Summary: Lead the College of Business' reputation management and accreditation processes.

Essential Duties: Collect, maintain and report data for reputation management and accreditation purposes. Prepare and conduct alumni and employer surveys. Conduct benchmark studies of business degree programs offered by peer and aspirant institutions. Attend conferences and workshops, including AACSB and others. Advise the College of Business Leadership Team on appropriate strategies and resource allocations to positively influence the College's reputation. Research existing university, college and program rankings and recommend communication strategies. Closely collaborate with Associate and Assistant Deans, Department Chairs, faculty and other administrative units to facilitate data collection, analysis and communication. Assist in preparation of program promotional materials. Lead the college's effort to effectively engage students, alumni, and employers. Manage the faculty data collection process for annual reporting. Assurance of learning. Other functions as assigned.

Required Qualifications: Master's degree in business plus five years of professional experience. Candidate should demonstrate knowledge and expertise in business school reputation management and ranking methodologies as well as business school accreditation procedures and requirements (SACS and AACSB). Candidate should demonstrate excellent collaborative skills, a high degree of professionalism and customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to set and meet appropriate deadlines. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to gather, research, understand and synthesize information from a variety of sources, strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills, and the ability to interact with faculty and staff members across a complex university environment. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications: Doctoral degree in a business field. First-hand experience with one or more business-school rankings organizations. First-hand experience with AACSB and SACS accreditation. Membership or leadership positions in relevant professional organizations (e.g. GMAC, EMBA Council, ….)
