Director of Graduate Programs

The Robert J. Trulaske Sr. College of Business at the flagship campus of the University of Missouri seeks applicants for the position of Director of Masters Programs. The Director will be responsible for ongoing operations of the College’s masters programs, including the Crosby MBA Program, the Masters of Accountancy Online Program, the Masters of Finance Program, and for the development and implementation of new masters-level programs.

Specific duties and responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the implementation and ongoing administration of masters-level graduate programs, including recruiting, admissions, advising, scheduling, curriculum management, student services, public relations efforts, and financial aid decisions.
Managing the staff of the Graduate Programs Office, including performance management, training, recruiting, and making recommendations for hiring, termination, and compensation, as well as hiring and managing teaching faculty for select courses as needed.
Working with College administrators to develop a vision for the direction of graduate programs, and maintaining and enhancing the College’s and University’s national reputation
Working collaboratively with other units at the University to develop and implement new programs
Managing the budget and preparing annual and special reports.
Maintaining alumni and corporate relations (e.g., Crosby MBA Advisory, and all other Master’s Degree Boards), and representing the College to external constituents and professional associations
Developing student relationships, including working with students on professional development
