Belk College Graduate Programs consists of Masters level degrees in Accounting (MACC), Business Administration (MBA), Economics (MSECON), Mathematical Finance (MAFI), Real Estate (MSRE) and Management (MSMGMT). The Graduate Programs office provides comprehensive career development services and resources that prepare students seeking career opportunities for the competitive global market. We seek campus and employer partnerships to connect students with meaningful experiences, leading to success for both UNC Charlotte students, alumni, the greater Charlotte community, and beyond.

The Assistant Director’s primary objective will be to develop intensive, focused, and purposeful relationships with external partners for the creation of new internships, experiential learning opportunities, and full-time jobs. This position will create, coordinate, and implement services and programs to positively affect the career goals of students across graduate programs, as well as programs to connect students to a strong career-focused network of professionals, mentors, and others in the community.
