Professor of Accountancy, Assistant or Associate
School of Accountancy
Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a nine-month, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor of Accountancy faculty position in the School of Accountancy.
Position Responsibilities:
Nine-month,
tenure-track position, with a specialization in Accounting.
Responsibilities will include teaching, service, and
scholarship.
Required Education, qualifications, and
experience:
The candidate must possess an earned
doctorate (or be ABD able to complete doctorate by hire date) in
Accounting from an AACSB accredited institution, or its foreign
equivalent. Applicants with the training, ability, and/or
experience equivalent to the minimum degree may be considered. The
candidate will be able to demonstrate effectiveness in teaching,
service, and in research activities leading to publications in
quality refereed journals. Candidates with teaching experience and
research activities in accounting information systems are
ideal.
