The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management of Pepperdine University seeks a tenure-track faculty member to begin August 1, 2018 for each of the following disciplines:

  • Accounting
  • Applied Behavioral Science
  • Decision Sciences
  • Marketing
  • Organizational Theory & Management
  • Strategy

 

The School offers several master's degree programs and one bachelor's degree program in Southern California - the main campus in Malibu, and at campuses in Encino, Orange County, West Los Angeles and Westlake Village. Average class size is under twenty-five students. Opportunities to teach in more than one program and location promote interacting with students from diverse ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds and years of experience in business.

 

Faculty Candidate Qualifications:

Candidates must have an earned doctorate and must demonstrate competency in fulfilling their professorial responsibilities within a culturally diverse environment, among faculty, staff, and students. The ability to create a supportive and positive classroom environment for students is required. We seek faculty who enjoy collaboration within and across disciplines and place a high value on collegial relationships.
