Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a nine-month, tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor of Information Systems faculty position in the Department of Information Systems.

 

Position Responsibilities:

This is a nine-month, tenure-track position as Assistant or Associate Professor of Information Systems.

 

Responsibilities for this position include: teaching courses at the undergraduate and graduate level in Information Systems (e.g., programming, database, web development, etc.), research and scholarship in the area of expertise, and professional service to the Department, College, and University as required. Required Education, qualifications, and experience: An earned doctorate in Information Systems or closely related area from an AACSB accredited institution or the foreign equivalent is required. Applicants with the training, ability, and/or experience equivalent to the minimum degree may be considered. Applicants with good teaching experience and/or record of research accomplishment will be given preference.

 

Michael J. Coles College of Business is fully accredited by AACSB-International. A number of programs in the College are nationally ranked. The Department of Information Systems consists of 24 full-time faculty members and offers undergraduate degrees in Information Systems and Information Security and Assurance, a graduate degree in Information Systems (MSIS), Healthcare Management and Informatics (MSHMI), a dual degree MBA-MSIS and a DBA in Information Systems.
