The Program Manager will work closely with the QUEST Executive Director, program staff, faculty, students, alumni, and corporate partners to manage QUEST’s relationships with corporate partners and engage the QUEST alumni community. 

The position will manage corporate and alumni relations activities and design and deliver relevant QUEST course curriculum.

 

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years professional work experience required. Experience working with high achieving students is also required.

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

-Strong interpersonal, teamwork, customer service, communication and stress tolerance skills 

-Ability to build rapport with a variety of individuals at all levels inside and outside of the University (e.g., Faculty, Students, Staff, Top Management, Campus/Corporate Officials, Alumni, Vendors, etc.)

-Ability to handle challenging situations

-A self-starter with a strong learning orientation and flexibility

-Must be ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed

-Ability to focus on tasks in an environment that is surrounded by ongoing activity.

 

Preferences: Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Science discipline preferred.
