VICE PRESIDENT FOR HUMAN RESOURCES

Marist College invites applications and nominations for the position of Vice President for Human Resources. The position provides a unique opportunity for a talented and innovative individual with substantial experience in human resources management to join the administrative leadership of the College.

We seek a candidate who will provide vision and strategic human resources management leadership for a rapidly developing and very competitive comprehensive liberal arts-based college. The person serving in this position will report to the Executive Vice President and be a member of the President’s Cabinet. The successful candidate will have a master’s degree or higher and have at least eight years of progressive experience in the planning, development, management and implementation of innovative and comprehensive human resource strategies for a growing and dynamic organization. Broad knowledge of
human resources trends, experience in employee and labor relations, contract negotiations, recruitment, staff development, compensation and benefits is required.
