The Director of Graduate Recruiting is responsible for the complete administration and management of the Office of Graduate Recruiting. The director will play a key role in driving highly qualified candidates to the individual schools websites where they will interact with individual schools recruiting systems and resources to achieve enrollment goals and objectives.
The Director oversees the continuous assessment of effectiveness of marketing strategies, plays a key role in devising advertising approaches for publicizing the University’s academic programs, and directs the department’s effects in communications and enrollment processes of prospective graduate students. In these capacities the Director is expected to develop close working relationships with school deans, department chairs, program directors, expert coordinators, the Office of Graduate Admissions, and Office of Financial Planning, Institutional Research, and Assessment, Marketing and Communications office, University Advancement, and the Associate Provost of Online Education.
The ideal candidate possesses a Master’s Degree with five (5) years or more of experience in a professional position at an company or institution. Some experience in an academic institution is preferred.
