Who We Are

The UWI-ALJSB is a fast, dynamic and innovative regional School of Business with more than 25 years of contributing to the progress, development and growth in the Caribbean, and now in Latin America through our 14 academic programs, world class faculty and a comprehensive executive education portfolio. We currently enjoy the Association of MBAs (AMBA) accreditation for all our MBA programs, and our MBA in Sustainable Energy Management has been recognized by AMBA as one of the three most innovative programs in the world. We are a financially self-sustaining School with strong academic ties to The University of the West Indies.

The UWI-ALJSB is located in one of the most progressive and developed countries in the Americas: Trinidad and Tobago, an industrialized Caribbean Island where many global multinational firms such as BP, Shell, Nestlé, Citigroup have been present for decades.

We seek someone who can nurture an innovative, inclusive and collaborative culture which respects integrity, and fosters an excellence-in-all-that-we-do global mind-set. The ability to motivate and lead faculty and staff through a period of operational and cultural change, as well as to drive accountability at all levels will be of paramount importance. Experience in achieving AACSB or EQUIS accreditation would be an asset.
