La Trobe University is seeking an outstanding and transformational leader as the next Dean and Head of La Trobe Business School.

Reporting  to the Pro Vice Chancellor of the College of Arts, Social Sciences and Commerce, the Dean and Head of School will be a member of the College Executive and responsible for leading  the Business School in a rapidly changing  national and international business education environment.

This role will provide strategic direction to the School, building upon its current achievements and established reputation in entrepreneurship and innovation whilst positioning the School to capitalise on its move into the new Donald Whitehead Building and an expanded City Campus which provide world class teaching and research facilities.

 With an outstanding record of national and international achievement in academia and/or  cognate professional or business sectors, the successful candidate will bring experience in leading successful innovation and change within a complex organisation to ensure the School is ‘future ready’ and excels in its teaching and research mission. You will be an inspiring leader with the ability to build strategic relationships with key external partners domestically and internationally across business, community and government.
