The Chancellor of the Maricopa Community Colleges has announced a national search to fill the position of Vice Chancellor of Academic and Student Affairs/Provost (VCASA/Provost). The Chancellor seeks an experienced successful leader who has demonstrated excellence and innovation in the areas of academic and student affairs leading to exemplary student success. 

The VCASA/Provost serves as the District’s Chief Academic and Student Affairs Officer and is responsible for the overall planning, development and coordination of educational and student programs and services. The VCASA/Provost leads systemic initiatives on behalf of the Chancellor, and works with faculty, staff, administrators, students, public representative, and state and national organizations in support of educational excellence. The VCASA/Provost reports to the Chancellor and is a member of the Chancellor’s Executive Council.
