Applicants should have classroom experience, a passion for teaching undergraduates at a select liberal arts college, and should be committed to a teacher-scholar model that combines excellence in the classroom with an active and sustained research agenda.

We seek applicants excited about working in a student-centered, undergraduate liberal-arts setting, with a focus on engaged teaching and academic research, participation in shared governance and academic advising, and active involvement in an institution-wide advancement of diversity, sustainability, and social justice.

A doctorate in political science is required and applicants should have completed their Ph.D. by August 31st, 2018. We will be conducting interviews for this position at APSA. The application deadline is October 15th, 2018. The successful candidate would teach a 3-2 course load.
