Human Resources Coordinator

Residential Life – Human Resources

The University of Massachusetts Amherst invites applicants for the position of Human Resources Coordinator. This position provides labor relations leadership and support for Residential Life, which employs approximately 350 full-time staff members and an additional 500 unionized student staff with overall representation by six collective bargaining units. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, grievances, disputes and investigations; collective bargaining; wellness program coordination; and the maintenance of related records, databases, documentation and reports. This position acts in place of

the Assistant Director of Residential Life Human Resources for Employee Relations and Administration as needed and, as necessary, supports related needs of the Student Affairs and Campus Life (SACL) executive area comprised of approximately 700 full-time and 2,400 student employees and represented by nine collective bargaining units.
