Position Summary:  Performs management duties relating to the day-to-day operations of the Extended Campus Internet Program

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs management duties relating to the operation of the Extended Campus Internet Program, reporting to the Dean of Extended Campus Programs. In conjunction with the Office of Academic Affairs and Academic Departments, helps locate qualified personnel as instructors for the ECI Program.  Coordinates preparation of ECI course schedules.  Supervises all ECI staff and maintains customer-service quality. Serves on the EC Leadership Team, serves on the Online Course Quality Committee, assists the Dean of the Extended Campus Program with the ECI budget, oversees ECC Gaffney site operations, works with the Faculty Development Committee and academic departments in organizing workshops and training to improve the quality of online and hybrid instruction, and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Knowledge of current trends and technologies in online education and experience in working with adult learners. Experience in management and marketing, plus ability to use a PC and other office equipment and specialized College software. The ability to travel as needed.  Organizational, supervision, and communication skills necessary for effective fulfillment of job responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience: Master’s degree required. Travel: Some travel required.
