The Department of Exercise Science & Health Promotion at Florida Atlantic University is seeking applicants for an instructor. Review of applications will begin immediately. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate Exercise Science & Health Promotion majors how to design and implement aerobic performance/conditioning training programs. Additional responsibilities include sharing the advising for 1200 undergraduate students and instructional duties based on the qualifications of the candidate and the needs of the department. Required minimum qualifications include: master's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology, current nationally recognized, advanced certification pertaining to aerobic performance, preferably: USA Triathlon Level 1 Certification or ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, with formal experience coaching and/or teaching. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States at the time of employment.
