Saint Mary’s College seeks a full-time Assistant Director and Regional Admission Representative based out of Chicago. The position is responsible for the coordination of recruitment and admission efforts for prospective undergraduate students. Successful candidate will be responsible for representing the College at high school visits, as well as other college day/night events, and contacting and meeting prospective students, reviewing applications and serving as a member of the admission committee. Counselor may occasionally give campus tours and will work on a variety of marketing efforts through the Office of Admission. This position will be required to be on campus during busy times of the year, all campus events, and other important meetings/programs as directed by the Director of Admission. The successful candidate will also work closely with the manager of multicultural recruitment in the admission office to coordinate efforts related to diversity and inclusion. 

QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational ability, high energy, a willingness to travel alone regionally and nationally, valid driver’s license and good driving record, and computer skills are required for this position. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. A bachelor’s degree is required.
