Physical Therapy: Assistant/Associate Professor Position in
Physical Therapy. The Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at The
George Washington University invites applications for a full-time
(12 month), non-tenure track faculty position to be filled at the
rank of assistant or associate professor. Our Program is located in
a state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Washington, DC and
provides a dynamic academic environment that fosters collaborative
educational and research initiatives and interprofessional
approaches to training health care professionals. Responsibilities
include teaching focused on management of orthopaedic and
musculoskeletal dysfunction; development of an active research
agenda; engagement in program, university, community and
professional service; and mentoring students, postprofessional
residents, and fellows. Salary and rank are commensurate with
experience and qualifications. A competitive benefits package is
provided. Basic Requirements:An academic or clinical doctorate with
advanced credentials or certification in areas of responsibility at
the time of appointment. Licensed, or eligible for licensure, to
