 Non-Tenure Track Positions in Management Science and Information Systems

The Department of Management Science and Information Systems (MSIS) of the Rutgers Business School (RBS) at Newark and New Brunswick, Rutgers University, is seeking two full-time faculty members at the rank of Instructor of Professional Practice, Assistant Professor of Professional Practice or Associate Professor of Professional Practice (non-tenure-track).

Preference will be given to applicants who hold a doctorate, have a substantial experience as practitioners and/or have a track record of effective teaching in a wide variety of business analytics and information technology courses. The MSIS department offers undergraduate programs in Business Analytics and Information Technology, Management Science, Information Systems, it contributes to the MBA, Masters in Information Technology programs, and it coordinates the tracks in Information Technology and Operations Research of the doctoral program. Rutgers Business School is accredited, and is a part of Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, which is a vibrant public research university. The MSIS faculty research interests include Information Technology, as well as Operations Research and Applied Statistics.

Rutgers Business School is located on two campuses: Newark and New Brunswick. Hence, the successful candidate may have a primary office on the campus of his/her choice; however, the successful candidate could be required to teach on both campuses.
