Landmark College, a young liberal arts college with a growing number of professionally-oriented baccalaureate programs, a distinctive mission, and a unique student population, is seeking a Vice President (VP) to lead its Enrollment Management division. Reporting to the President, the VP for Enrollment Management is the College’s chief enrollment officer. He/she is responsible for development and implementation of a comprehensive enrollment plan and the strategic administration of financial aid. The VP works closely with the Marketing and Communications team to continually refine an integrated marketing plan that reaches prospective students across the U.S. and the world. Travel on behalf of the College is a requirement.

Qualifications: A graduate degree is expected. Candidates are also expected to have progressive experience in admissions at a college or university, an in-depth knowledge of financial aid risks and opportunities, a working understanding of relevant databases and systems, a commitment to a diverse campus community, and significant management and leadership experience. An understanding of of learning difficulties is highly desirable.
